First generation admitted to Port-au-Prince Bar

Born in the heart of Port-au-Prince, the firm began as a beacon of civil and criminal law, navigating the complexities of a young republic.

Two of our earliest trademark registrations

Our collection of Haitian Official Gazettes dating back to 19th‑century  reveals early registrations of “THE GARRICK” and “THE FLAG” in the name of British‑American Tobacco Company Limited.

1960s

Specialization turns to Intellectual Property

At the time, Haiti was experiencing economic growth and increased foreign investments.
